I like the service of all the staff. Very professional. I believe the manager was there, and I could sense some tension from his part towards staff which does affect the overall customer service experience somewhat, but overall I do like this place.

We we're greeted right away when we got there. we had some time to look at glasses options before our appointment started. The doctor was great with my daughter. She prepared her for the air pressure test and dilating her eyes. My daughter was happy and comfortable the entire time. When we were finished and went to make a final decision on glasses, Joe was able to help us right away. He was great to chat with and was able to look up our information to just apply the same effects to the new glasses. He reminded me a lot of Joe Gardner in Soul. He was happy to be there and knew everything about his position.

The service people are wonderful. Very polite and made sure my glasses fit and stayed on nice. My experience was outstanding from the eye exam to picking out my glasses to apply my insurance very satisfied.
