Friendly staff. Exam was not rushed.
I am newer to Holland and needed to get some glasses to use up my FSA before 12/31. Dave was very professional and patient while helping me choose frames and measure them, etc. Everyone at Lakeshore was super nice and cheerful. They do not have Gucci frames as their site indicates, which was a bummer, but they do have an array of frames to choose from.
Fast, efficient, and thorough. Great explanation of tests and results. Great explanation of what may be coming and what to do. Great explanation of what I can do to lessen personal eye issues.
