Extremely disappointing experience. My coat was damaged by their service. The customer service personnel and reconciliation process was painful. I was not offered sufficient compensation for the damages done to my jacket. Additionally, the one customer service representative out of Grand Rapids was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the entire process.

I would advise you to look anywhere else for your dry cleaning needs.

This is a terrible place to go I needed a suit for a Friday and to be honest it's kinda of my fault for not remembering but they asked for my number and they didn't even call or like a little reminder and honestly it's very expensive especially for an occasion for one day terrible unproffiseional workers when I went to the place they were yelling at me and they looked like they didn't even wanna attend me.

I never have given a place 1 star rating, ever. I took an expensive coat there and they lost my hood. Then they tried to say I owethem MORE money after paying $39 bucks to wash one coat?? I came in and they said the hood is missing. No offering to reimburse me, no apology, just "sorry we don't have it." The prices are way too high and they are not reliable. Will not be returning.
