Brought in a brand new hoodie that I got from Santa ? During the packing up process, my brand new hoodie was set into a dirty pot that food was cooked in.Tami was able to get all of the stains out and I am SO thankful!! Definitely recommend!! 10 stars!!!
My sweater had a horrible stain on one arm, I brushed up against my well-used wok (which had soot on the bottom) and it left a stain on the fabric, which is merino wool. I was devastated. I went into Great Lakes to ask for their advice on how to treat it and they said to keep it damp and bring it in on Monday, which I did. This morning, they delivered the sweater, all clean, no sign of the stain. I am absolutely over the moon and can’t say enough good things about this company! Thank you Great Lakes!
