Love the smaller atmosphere and that I can call ahead for an appointment. There's no waiting like when I go to a chain haircut place, which is always a plus. I followed Terri over here from another shop, she's the best!

HORRIBLE!!! We asked for a 1" trim with long layers at the ends. HACKED my daughters hair. Took at least 2' off and put in MANY layers some of them 5" shorter than before that looks like chunks cut out. My daughter is devastated.
