Just got some shellac on my nails, it has lasted extremely long, I'm quite impressed. Plus, while I was there, an apparent regular had a complaint and it was dealt with swiftly and professionally.

Got a full set with a lot of add-ons. They're cute, but I did see what the negative reviews were about. The lady who did mine was friendly, but couldn't speak conversationally, and was rough and impatient and demanding. Several fingers were bleeding where she missed with the grinder, I have hunks taken out of my cuticles. Another lady came over to do the flowers, and pulled the other girl over and was criticising how she had done the shaping (assuming from social cues and motions). There were several people in there raving about their beautician, the lady who did the flowers is probably wonderful. But they definitely have a mix of good and not.
