They drafted the perfect lineup of frames, coached me through every decision without a hint of pressure, and somehow made the entire experience genuinely fun. Their concierge-level service, attention to detail, and knack for finding the perfect fit were second to none.

I wanted to express my appreciation and gratitude for Brooke and the whole customer service team at the 16th street, Holland, Mi , Rx Optical store. They have repaired my glasses multiple times and have been kind and courteous and treated me with the utmost respect as a customer. The service provided by this staff will make me a loyal customer for future exams and eye glass purchases.

20250708 WOW WOW WOW! So thankful I stopped here! While on vacation in this area, one of the screws on my sunglasses fell off 2 days ago. I stopped here to get another put on, and Domink was very friendly and helpful. He not only put a new screw on, he even went above and beyond, and tightened the frame! I was willing to pay for the service, but they didn't charge me, as expected because my eye doctor's office didn't charge me in the past. This optical center is very clean with a nice selection of frames and sunglasses. I didn't see any frames I like. I tend to prefer Kate spade and Maui Jim, which they do not carry.
