About Ottawa Village Laundromat
Ottawa Village Laundromat is under new ownership and is making improvements, such as new flooring and furniture. The staff, including a helpful and friendly member, is appreciated by customers. However, some issues remain, including repairs, cleanliness, and a lack of working vending machines. Customers have experienced problems with washing machines and change machines. Despite these challenges, the laundromat is valued for its availability in a limited market. Overall, it shows potential for better service and maintenance.
I see new ownership here. Changes being made: new vinyl flooring, TV, chairs, tables new foundation stablization (the building was sinking on South side). I'll stick around see and what else gets improved
I chose this laundry mat because of it reviews. We I arrived î unloaded my car. Started my laundry it wasn’t as cheap as stated before. The machines were nasty the floor had towels everywhere. The dryer has lint all over. When my laundry was finished washing I noticed how gross the rim of them haven’t been cleaned in a while. Don’t recommend this location
There are not a lot of options for laundromat anymore! So I'm appreciative for the ones we have. It seems that there are a lot of repairs that are needed here, as well as cleaning. 1 of our loads did not wash. It was barely wet. I had to rehash. There did not seem to be an attendant. The vending machines were empty (sad face as what else is there to do, but eat snacks, when at a laundromat) and only one of the change machines would work (but must use $10 or less... which we only had $20s). I had to clean off the tables we were using, as they had, what felt like, dirt on them. Floors could use to be cleaned more regularly.
