Lake Michigan Construction replaced my roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had 5 contractors come out to my house to give me an estimate and many of them used high pressure sales tactics to try and get me to sign with them on the spot. LMC was straight forward with us and easy to work with. They made sure that my wife and I had all of our questions answered and worked with us on different options to fit what we needed. Everyone in their office and on their crew were professional and very responsive. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After most recent storm that caused a severe damage to many homes in Holland, we were in need of a new roof. These guys stepped up, showed up, worked efficiently with my insurance company and installed a brand new roof in just one day. Very smooth operation. Great service.

Lake Michigan Construction recently completed the residing of my garage. The quoting process was easy and straightforward—the owner personally came out, took his time to go over the project with us, and showed us different color options, which we really appreciated.
It did take a bit longer than expected for the actual work to begin, but once it started, the subcontractors they used did a nice job. One subcontractor crew handled the siding and another subcontractor took care of replacing the side door—both installations were done well and look great.
The biggest issue was the cleanup. After the job was done, we found a large number of nails scattered around the garage and throughout the yard. My son ended up picking up over five handfuls, which was disappointing and a bit concerning from a safety standpoint.
Overall, we’re happy with how the garage looks and appreciated the professionalism during the quoting phase, but we hope they improve their jobsite cleanup going forward.
