I recently had the ICL procedure with Dr. Snyder and his team, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and incredibly reassuring.
The staff was consistently courteous, competent, and communicative. I always felt informed and supported throughout every step of the process. They placed a strong emphasis on patient education and informed consent, thoroughly reviewing the risks, benefits, and alternatives while giving me ample opportunity to ask questions. I never felt rushed, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and confident in my decision.
The procedure itself went extremely smoothly. Anesthesia was administered, and the CRNA, Bill Zwiers, was wonderful to work with. He helped make the experience very comfortable, and my recovery was surprisingly quick and easy.
The follow-up care was phenomenal as well. Post-op instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow. I was especially impressed that I received two follow-up calls the day of the procedure — including one personally from Dr. Snyder — just to check on how I was doing. That level of attentiveness and compassion really speaks volumes about the quality of care this practice provides.
All in all, this was a wonderful experience, and I am beyond grateful for the outcome. Waking up and being able to see clearly truly feels like a gift. I would highly recommend Dr. Snyder and his entire team to anyone considering vision correction surgery!
