This team was helpful, informative, quick and nice. My water heater decided after 61 years to give up the ghost and Mark, Donna,Taylor and Nick confidently helped me through the process of understanding my options and the work that would be needed to help me take my next hot shower! Communication was fantastic, they called when they said they would, they showed up early and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Thank you!
Water Heater died Monday morning by Tuesday noon a new one was installed and covered by warranty. We have been in our home for 20 years and when i need a plumber I call Great Lakes. Fast Dependable and Reliable.
Could not be happier with the service they provided. I was working on a faucet stop valve with a corroded pipe that became too difficult for a DIY'er. The result was a leak that needed to be taken care of the same day. I called them at 7am and they were there by noon. They used the spare key to get in and complete the work while I was at work (calling with any updates), and by the time I got home you couldn't tell that anyone had been working in the house.
