Jared did a really good job replacing my parent’s water heater in January. This is our second time using Great Lakes Plumbing for water heater installation. Scheduling was easy too. Everyone is really kind and helpful.
We have used Great Lakes Plumbing for many years now and are always very pleased with their work. This morning, we had a plugged up toilet and we were so pleased that they were able to come today to fix it. Everyone we have ever dealt with at Great Lakes has been courteous and professional. The plumber always explains the cost and does excellent work.
Our home had water pressure problems which often turned a normal shower into a weak drizzle and dish washing was a very slow process. Our plumber, Alex, enthusiastically approached the problem made multiple improvements throughout the house.
