I have been here over 300 times, and at first I was super skeptical. Hot room exercising not for me. Then my wife asked me to join her so I did she likes to get there 30 minutes before class to lay in the room and meditate,
Its beyond what I expected, over the years many different instructors have came thru all with their own style and experience level and I have learned a lot about myself and how much your body needs to move.
They offer a 10.00 community class they do get full, so schedule ahead.
Me and my wife go atleast once a week great for couples lots of men in the studio.

I dig it. Nice chill atmosphere and a nice little workout. I would and do recommend this to most people. Sarah does a real good job of leading the class and giving you little individualized lessons during class, looking forward to my Next session.Thank you to all the staff ?

Who needs funky town, when you have Funky Yoga?? Won’t you take me, to Funky….Yoga”?Such a great place, so many amazing instructors, lots of support for beginners, class sizes have been perfect! Go give it a try, you body and brain need it?♀️
