    I cannot say enough about all of the wonderful staff at East Holland :) They are attentive, informative, and such caring people. I always feel like my cat and dog are in the best hands with them and that kind of trust for your pets is invaluable. Thank you to the entire team for being so wonderful. We will be coming here for many years to come!

    I’m am completely upset and disappointed with the care that my dog and I had today. He was scheduled to be neutered today. Did not go well. From the start to the end. Completely unsatisfactory and will not be going back. The technician specifically that oversaw my dog today. Sam, was not helpful. I had a concern that I did not give my dog pre op meds. It was over a month ago that the vet gave these to me medications and with no follow up or reminder of how to prep my sweet baby. I had forgotten.

    With that being said, day prior I dropped off paper work. Young lady at the desk was quiet, said thanks, and did not mention, any sorts of do you have questions are you ready for tomorrow? She did not engage with me at all, considering I said to her this is for my dog Chester, he will be neutered tomorrow. I can say she was the same way today. Concern is that over a month ago they gave me medicine and no follow up for prep.

    They did do his surgery, I came to pick Chester up and I asked Sam on the phone if we will have a discussion on discharge care. That happened in the lobby, not in a room. I asked if she put his recovery onesie on him. She stated to me. I tried several times, but he was biting me. I turned and looked at her and stated “ he tried biting you?”. She knew I was already distraught. She said well when I was trying to measure him he was biting me but didn’t break any skin. Did you not ask others for help? Did you not ask for assistance from other techs? He does not bite. The verbiage was extremely wrong. She also stated that when she was measuring him he was peeing all over. Well obviously this dog just underwent a major surgery and you were not showing care.

    It gets better. When she called me for a pick up time she stated to me. Chester is ready for pick up as he keeps on peeing all over and escaping from me.

    Let’s be clear that Sam did not do well with communication today. Not a tech I want my dog around or vet office I will be going back too. She did not try to care for him or to ask for help.

    When she went to get Chester, she walked out and said he’s so cute, we want to love him, but he won’t let us. Thanks for making me feel comfortable knowing you DID probably nothing when he was in your care.

    Won’t be going back and will be contacting the office manager and DR tomorrow.

    If you want to feel comfortable that your pet is in good hands behind closed doors. Please read and consider my post. From start to end. Terrible.

    Onto another vet.

    Thank you for handing my poor dog off to me after a major surgery with no recovery jacket on or cone on, in the lobby.

    My dog has gone here for a few years. She recently needed surgery to remove a mass and Dr K and team were wonderful. I got a call mid procedure for some decisions and Dr K was very informative and clear and I felt like I had my dog truly in the best hands. Everything went well and we recovered quickly. I do recommend getting the body suit they offer, that helped a lot for her first few days of recovery. Would highly recommend having your pets go here they were really sweet with my dog and she’s a very anxious patient and they handle her really well.

    I take my cat here, they have evening hours which is awesome. Always clean, and the staff know a lot about cats (I've never asked about dogs or exotics, because I don't have any).

    Visiting from out of state and found a kitty I fell in love with. Connie was lovely on the phone, answered my questions and let me know what to expect including prices. Unfortunately what I needed information for didn't work out but I appreciated her time and effort.

    Thank you to Susan for her warm greeting and helping accommodate our senior dog on her first visit from the moment we arrived until our departure. Location, parking, entrance, all easy and very nice. Thank you to Dr. Fritz for his thoughtful first examination and suggestions for care.

    I bought 2 mangoes 1.09, and they were bad inside, for those who don't know about mangoes, those mangoes that they are selling are in bad condition, when the mango is chopped it is completely yellow, not with black spots, be very careful with that

    I like em. They do their job. It’s a little pricey for what it is but I do like their quick service and making sure my pet isn’t freaking out in the lobby.

    I was impressed with how Asher was treated as one of their own pets. I also appreciated the effort to bring costs down for me.
