Dr. Tara Oosterbaan provides professional and thorough eye care, taking the time to explain her findings and treatment plans. She is excellent and gives clear explanations about the cause of any change in vision. Patients are always confident that they are getting a thorough exam, as she answers any questions and gives information and suggestions about eye health. They have confidence in her ability and appreciate her attentive service. She coordinates well with primary doctors and has a friendly, polite and professional staff. Patients highly recommend her services.
Tara did an excellent job examining my eyes and explaining her observations and next steps. She was very thorough.
I like Tara but at times she seems a little bit rude or curt in her tones of her voice. I realize this isn't on purpose and it could easily be my ears, too, but it puts me on the defensive when I'm there and that doesn't make me comfortable in her presence. She is very professional and knows optometery well and I have no complaints there. It makes me feel uneasy to ask questions because I feel like I should already know the answer when she gives it. Therefore my other questions go unanswered because idon't want to ask them.
The staff at Holland Eye Clinic and Dr Oosterbaan were patient with me and carefully guided me through the procedure of my eye exam. The information provided on how to care for my eyes was very helpful. Thanks!!!
