I’m satisfied with the service. They really give all the information in details and keep you updated. They finished our ford escape faster than we expected. The car was clean and it looked like new.We recommend this shop 100%

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. I dropped my car off Monday and got it back Thursday, granted the job wasn’t huge. But they definitely exceeded my expectations. They even vacuumed and washed my car! Definitely recommend them and will be a returning customer if needed.

I've gone with these guys for all of my collision needs. Super satisfied with the work but not the communication. They used to offer loaner vehicles but no longer do so that was an inconvenience. Overall 5 stars for the work and bonus the cleaned they interior! Zero stars for the communication.
