While I am a new owner I have to say that thus far I am very happy with my new Bosgraaf home. After living in Florida for 40 years I can honestly say that the quality of construction in this home is impressive compared to homes in Florida. As we all know in any new construction there are always fixes that may show up and are to be expected. The orientation I was provided was amazing! Noah was so helpful prior to my move! Kelsey has been wonderful answering my condo questions. Alexa has been remarkably efficient and professional in responding to anything needing warranty attention. She calls back in minutes not hours.
