I cant say enough positive things about my experience with Baumann Building. I just moved into a brand new condo that they built for me. First off, let me say that the quality of their work is superior. Beautiful cabinets, flooring, bathtubs countertops, all nice quality and installed beautifully. One of the things that impressed me the most is that they told me if I wanted to see their schedule and where they were in the process of building, I just had to download their app. This app told me from start to finish exactly what was being done and exactly how many days it would take to complete the various jobs and when the job were finished. Our initial meeting was highly professional and informative. First, it started as scheduled and from there, all of our questions were answered (with cost and time estimates, where applicable). After some conversation, they provided insights and recommendations that fit our situation (change of life phase); they really heard us.
Baumann Building, Inc. is a locally owned builder who focuses on quality craftsmanship. I recommend Baumann to my closest friends and family and I will be hiring them for our next family home build.
