Your company is building condos at Gleneagle in Hudsonville. All your mailings and advertisements spell Gleneagle as two words. Gleneagle is one word. See how the golf course spells it along with the existing other streets next to the golf course spelled Gleneagle. Just thought I’d let you know.

We built with Baumann in 2020 and overall, I would give them a 3.5 out of 5 stars. During the building process, they were great to work with - very responsive, friendly, and accommodating for easy changes. They were mostly clear up front on costs for standards vs upgrades, except for lighting.However, there were some downsides. The hot water heater didn't match current low water use faucets and the electrical work was subpar. We've experienced 3 failed light switches, 2 failed outlets, and the dimmers are inconsistent. Great home builder that works with great contractors. We would highly recommend working with Baumann. Throughout the entire build they always did the right thing and kept the project moving. We even got moved in sooner than they projected, which was great! We were highly satisfied every step of the way!
