The team from Baumann and DeGroot have taken great care of us again. After installing a major HVAC upgrade in 2018 with an awesome system our AC unit began to have issues this summer. The team worked with the manufacturer and when they wouldn’t honor the warranty, Baumann and DeGroot stepped up and installed a new unit. Awesome service and the reason we chose them in the first place. Chef and the installation team did an awesome job, even showing concern for protecting the plants in our landscaping.
I don’t have enough good words to say about this company. They are very professional. The prices are very competitive. I highly recommend them. I got my furnace, my air conditioning and the water heater from them .
