Recently our air conditioner needed to be serviced so Baumann & DeGroot came out to take a look. They did a fantastic job repairing it quickly and had wonderful customer service.
Thw whole experience with Baumann-DeGroote was amazing! We were scheduled for a 2-day install. However, another job was completed early, so the crew was able to add a team member, and install our Total HVAC system in just one day (2 new furnaces, new air conditioning system, and new hot water heater)! They worked hard all day, were knowledgeable & professional, did a great install job, great cleanup -- great guys!!
Excellent experience from start to finish! The team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew their trade. Everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to answer our questions. It's refreshing to work with a company that values both quality service and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!
