“On December 5th 2026, I called Richards & Swift to have someone come out and give me an estimate on a roof replacement. About 15 minutes later, I get a call from Jim Swift and he says he could come at 10:00am if I’m going to be home. Jim shows up on time and does about a 20 minute tour of my roof. He comes in and gives me a no nonsense quote of 3 prices…good, better and best depending on which shingles we decided on. A deal was made and the roof was installed 2 days later on December 7th. The dumpster, delivery of the shingles and the roofers all showed up before 8:30am. The crew worked long and hard all day and our home looks beautiful. Everything was picked up afterwards making sure it looked just as it did when they arrived. I would recommend this company with a 5 star review and would not hesitate to use them again.“

“Great experience working with Romana from the estimate to the final completion. Mike gave us a detailed estimate at the start showing which specific squares were to be replaced while other companies were vague. He explained their specific concrete mix being used, gave work references, and was responsive to calls and questions.

A large team showed up on time for the old concrete removal and started working right away. Everyone knew their role and worked to remove 1/2 of our driveway and sidewalk along with multiple neighbors the same day. They took time to prepare the ground under the new concrete by putting base material and packing it down. (Not sure the existing concrete had a good base). A large team showed up again on the day for the new concrete installation and worked together well to get the new concrete finished quickly. After they were done the area was swept, power washed and sod was replaced next to the new concrete.

“We chose MGC Granite and Design based on a reommendation from a friend and from the cabinet shop we used. Im glad we did. Kelly was our sales rep and she was phenominal. She was more than accomidating. She met with us after hours, she took her time and was patient with us as we looked at all the slabs and samples they had. She explained the differences in material, edges, sinks, faucets, etc. Start to finish she was wonderful 10/10! Once we chose our material Kris came to the house to measure and template. He was polite, prompt, on time and professional and the counters fit perfect! Eric and John were the installers. They sure made it look easy. Had the counters and back splashes installed in no time flat! The guys were polite and cordial and they were at my home exactly when they said they would be and left my kitchen cleaner than when they had arrived.
