She listens to input and then gets it done. Finally, a cut that works! I especially like her attention as I'm the only client when she's cutting my hair - she doesn't work me into a color or another's more time consuming process - just me.

“we had a delightful stay at Inn at Bay Harbor! the room was extremely spacious and comfy and it was immaculately clean. we had Afternoon Tea on the 2nd floor overlooking the entrance with a top view of the grand chandelier. the tea service was casual and amazing and we were incredibly comfortable in our tourist attire of leggings and sweatshirts. the staff was kind and friendly and there is a complimentary shuttle into town. the food at the bar is divine and although the bar tender doubled as the waiter, he was still very attentive and accommodating. out back on the beach we found our very own petosky stone! just a very relaxed and positive vibe all around. we enjoyed every second of our stay.“
