Just a breath of fresh air in hotel stays. We stayed in the off season and rates were "reasonable" for a high end hotel. Free valet parking. Great breakfast buffet each morning. Stayed with 4 other couples and 2 couples had the suite with the living area, dining area and full kitchen. Spectacular. Very good upkeep on the premises. Staff were exceptional. The only downside is that prices in the summer are quite steep. But, if you are booking with them, you know why.

I had the strawberry facial and Sarah was amazing. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. It was comparable to a facial that I had at the Four Seasons- also excellent but cost twice as much. I cannot comment on other services- but a facial will not disappoint.

This hotel was on our bucket list for quite a while. Finally we decided to book for 2 nights early April to visit before I will give birth. It wasn't snowing but the weather was still chili and the water was frozen. But the property is beautiful and the location is perfect. I know for sure that the hotel will look so beautifully in the summer with flowers and green grass. We had a chance to stay in 2 different room. One was standard room (still have balcony & fireplace) which we used our free night award. The other night we paid cash and choose a nicer & bigger room to enjoy.
