We had Lindsay & Nish, and were very happy with their services. Both ladies were very easy to talk to, kind, and were meticulous about what we were asking for. We will definitely be back! Not only on building some of the finest homes, but a long term relationship maintaining them. The Birchwood team truly go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. This past year I had a flat tire and I was in no shape to drive to the repair shop. Loren went back to the workshop and picked up a portable air compressor, came back and blew up my flat tire, so I could make it to the repair shop. I was so thankful

Highly recommend AL & Jims tree service, can not say enough about how efficient and hard working the crew was. We had a large tree come down in our front yard and several large branches off a couple other trees in a thunderstorm with heavy winds. Jim was here 20 minutes later after we called him. I bought a lot of seedlings from the local conservation district seedling sale and put in my order fairly early. When it came time to plant them, I discovered that I could not get on the property where I wanted them because the roadside drainage ditch, which my car had no trouble with last year, was full of water and impassible, and it was clear that I would need a driveway entrance with a culvert. Their lovely estimator was there almost the next day, helped identify the best spot for the drive, and got back to me within a week or so with the estimate. They handled getting the permit and in less than a month I have a perfect crossing over that ditch.
Not only did they do the driveway, whoever did the work was kind enough to pick up some bushes near the area, that most workers probably would have just run over as they worked, and plant them flanking the drive. Wow!
(I got many small seedlings planted by putting a temporary foot bridge of 2 x 8 boards over the ditch, others are in pots and will go at the back of the property pretty soon now that I can get there. So problem solved.)

This place is fantastic. They have the plants separated into annuals, perennials, for sun, and for shade. The plants are in great shape and look extremely healthy! And the prices are extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend!

I came to this salon for a lash extension fill since my regular place is in Gaylord and I can’t always make the drive. I’m really particular about my lashes because I’ve had some fills in the past that just didn’t turn out how I hoped. But Estelle did an amazing job. I’ve been to over 10 lash artists, and she’s definitely one of the best I’ve found. I’ll absolutely be back!!
Great Space! Overlooks the Lake. When it’s warm out, you can practice on the deck which is AWESOME. Ali is a fabulous teacher who offers students a chance to expand and improve their practice. Vibe is low key and chill. Highly recommend Harbor Yoga!!!

Wow, this company is AMAZING. My elderly sister and her husband in Harbor Springs were in great need of landscaping for their 100+ year old home. Keller was very quickly responsive, listened to what they wanted, and came up with a beautiful plan. They not only installed that plan, removing old scraggly flora, but also seeded bare spots on the lawn and installed a drip irrigation system.
My experience was surprisingly delightful from start to finish…had a live voice answer with my first call, quote was provided quickly and work was completed well ahead of schedule. Contractor was in constant contact to explain what I could expect each day that I came home i.e. what kind of “work mess/equipment layout” to work around if I needed to or had guests over. Kelly is incredible ! She has been cat sitting 3 wonderful cats for me many times ! She is extremely qualified and experienced. All 3 cats love her dearly and it is so obvious how happy they are when she is taking care of them ! Trying to get a great haircut has been tough for me due to my fine, straight hair. It's rare for me to have and maintain a flattering style ... until Carrie! She listens to input and then gets it done. Finally, a cut that works! I especially like her attention as I'm the only client when she's cutting my hair - she doesn't work me into a color or another's more time consuming process - just me.

These guys were lifesavers. We called to get our roof shoveled and they came the very next day. Saved us from any problems that could have developed with so much snow on our roof.
They also do all things exterior, roofing, siding, windows, doors and decks.
I have always taken all of my pets here and I appreciate all their hard work. I REALLY DO. However, recently I have had a bad experience with a particular worker, receptionist, Peggy, I believe was her. She was very impolite, unprofessional, and made accusations, I feel like. I was calling to make an appointment for my cat, in which I was under the impression it was all set up, but she felt the need to ,what I would consider harassment, harass me, make comments, accusations, and such forth. It started off with setting up the appointment and the reasoning for the appointment. Reason being that my cat has ALWAYS since birth had asthma, but it HAS NOT been verified by a vet, so an appointment is needed of course. I am setting up the appointment and giving the reason… Mrs. Peggy decided to put in her two sense of “well he is overdue for his rabies vaccine” okay?…. That has nothing to do with his condition. It was not only that comment, however I felt like she was trying to insinuate that due to his vaccine being overdue that I am neglecting him & this is the cause of his condition. My cat has not been an outdoor cat in YEARRRRS, so I’m sorry that I didn’t feel it was extremely pertinent for the vaccine. Continue the call and I kept getting backwards comments & everything I was saying was thrown back at me the wrong way. I was giving detailed and easy to understand responses, however what I said was turned around on me. I kept getting asked (probably 5+/- times) if he has been to this particular vet, and every time I gave the same answer. Yes, all of my pets have. My two dogs, my two cats. Still kept asking, which all records are visible, and the last time asked I responded with “Yes, all of pets have been fixed, vaccinated, and any other appointment or surgery has been done here at this facility.” Kept telling me she couldn’t hear me, so I explained, listen I have full bars, it can’t be me, or there is no way that you “can’t hear me”. I explained further on what my cat is experiencing and how long it’s been going on for, which came back to more ignorant and snobby comments, which in my opinion did not pertain to what I was saying. She kept huffing and puffing into the phone like I was stressing her out. We got to a point in the conversation where I was over the rudeness and hung up. I called back later to reinsure the appointment was made, and she said no because you hung up on me, after we had a full 10+ minute conversation and it seemed like the appointment was made, so that came off very petty. She then accused me of trying to get medication for my pet… which was not ever close to what I was saying. I said that I needed an appointment to verify his asthma so that we can get an inhaler prescription. Her words were “We can’t just hand out medication to you”… which was very rude and insulting. Like i said, she took everything down to the period of a sentence the absolute wrong way. I asked politely if I may speak with someone else…. She got mad and put me on hold, in which the phone hung up after 7 minutes on hold. I called back again, she answered, I said hi… you put me on hold and it hung up? She goes okay one minute and puts me on hold again, then picks the phone up and goes “who is this?” aggressively. I said “umm… cheyenne..?” and she said “OH, OK.” slammed the phone done, very snobby like, and back on hold. I then was spoken with someone else, who was a total peach & completely understand everything I had to say, never had any difficulty hearing me, was very polite, set up the appointment, and apologized for the other persons behavior, in less than 2 minutes. That is true professional conduct. I think Mrs. Peggy needs to be talked to on professional etiquette & manners. If she cannot speak without making accusations, holding accountability for her behavior, or essentially telling a customer without using the exactly words to say it, but inferring that a customer is neglectful, she should not longer work in a clinical setting and therefore be let go

I stopped in for lunch today and had the True North Salad. It was absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly and made sure that I was well taken care of.
The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Dr. Newbury-Palma and her medical assistant, Raquel, are excellent. Dr. Newbury is one of the best internal medicine/diagnosticians I’ve been to.
