Comfort Keepers has done a fantastic job and made it possible for my 90-year-uncle to be back home with his dog. Not an easy task, but everyone has been helpful and professional. ComfortKeepers has made tough situation much more bearable. Shout out to all the helpers… all super professional: Ashley, Annette, Joann, Rebecca, James, Amy, McKenzie, Karrina, and Cheyenne. Comfort Keepers has been a lifesaver for our family. Aubrey has been fantastic with my Mom. She knows just how to find the perfect balance between taking care of the necessary tasks while making my Mom comfortable and happy in her own home and making her feel like she's in charge. Thank you Aubrey for everything you do for our family, as not only do you provide loving care of my Mom, but you give me peace of mind knowing that she's well cared for.
I find Emily and Nichole to be very knowledgeable when it comes to their duties and responsibilities as care givers. They are attentive to my needs and make sure I'm kept comfortable. When shopping or running errands, they are always making sure I walk in a safe manner and follow safety practices. They both have met my Physical Therapist (from the V.A.) and continue my therapy whenever they are here. They both ensure that my apartment is clean, and they volunteer to do other things like the laundry and cooking or preparing my meals. I find them to be easy to work with.
