I didnt know how to tend to my long haired, poodle like haired dog. He got so painfully matted. My boss introduced me to Katie and she took him in on CHRISTMAS EVE last year! She did such an amazing job! Hes a small dog who shakes all the time but when I picked him up on the first day, he was calm as a cucumber. He has been groomed with Katie for a year now and I could never imagine going somewhere else. I explain what we will be doing actively wise and she recommends which style haircut will suit him best for that time frame (such as swimming a lot or tramping through snow). She is so incredibly kind and genuine. I will never have my dog(s) go anywhere else!

What a great company. It doesn't matter when I call, they answer the phone right away or call me back very soon. They have shown up at my house numerous times within 60 minutes of my phone call. That is always appreciated when it is winter and the heat or hot water is out. They are great to work with and do a great job!!

Would you hire this contractor again for another project? This is the only relevant question that i ever ask. Our neighbor recommended Waterfront for home renovation, and hired them for two projects. That was enough for me. Yes, I would hire Waterfront again and recommend them. I had them renovate 3 bathrooms in a summer home over the winter. The remote project went on time, on budget and the quality met my high standards. The team was responsive to small changes and my frequent requests for project updates and photos. This was the easiest renovation I’ve ever been part of. Well done.

Initially I spoke with Virginia the business owner. I needed weekly cleaning services for my vacation rental, and called several other companies that wanted astronomical fees. Then I called final touch in which I was quoted a quite reasonable fee. So I hired her. It’s been over a year now with not one complaint from my renters. I highly recommend Virginia and her cleaning crew….

I felt so cared for and relief with Fairbairns prompt response and attention following my call and email to the service department about our furnace not working. Joe came and provided the service needed, including explaining the problem clearly, traveling to get the part needed to fix it and installing the new part.
This was all done efficiently and in a timely manner so that we had heat by noon.
From initial contact and scheduling through out the service and completion, I am grateful.
I reached out to Solution's Electric "emergency line" (which they so graciously share on their website) about a broken mast at our Alanson, MI home in the midst of our 2025 State of Emergency Ice Storm. I expected to be at least a week out for repair but they were able to get it all fixed just a few days later, just in time for when our street powered back up! The pricing was very fair for the work they had to do. I highly recommend this local company for their communication, integrity and workmanship!
I have nothing but good things to say about these guys/gal. My water heater took a dive and I've got a house full of teenagers. There was literally a tech at my house probably within an hour, instead of weeks like some places. The tech was super friendly and didn't seem to mind me watching and learning. My dog absolutely adores him too now. Everyone I have dealt with has been kind and helpful. I would most definitely recommend their services to anyone.
