I stopped by, just to see if they could help me by chance, so I could get home to Rogers City. I was a "hotmess Tired mom", in distress, and they helped me immediately. We had an under counter ice maker repaired. The person scheduling the appointment and the repairman were very professional, prompt and helpful. Especially since the ice maker was in the house when we bought it and we knew little about it. The repair was done just as they had explained during scheduling and on the service call. They also provided great information on how we can keep up on maintenance ourselves to avoid future issues.
I have not physically been here, but my mother has. She took both of her cats and mine here, and based upon her opinion and the results I saw, they are truly kind, loving, and compassionate toward all of the furry family critters that are brought into their care.My own dear kitty was terrified during her visits, but I've been assured the staff was kind and loving. And I saw the results of their work. They take such special care of the animals they see, and their aftercare is wonderful. They just genuinely care about the pets they are entrusted with.
