Was really thankful for the amazing work of Neal Ingram at the building of Dreamtroit. Dreamtroit was my home for two years and he was timely, efficient, and kind when it came to building maintenance and requests. I wish I could stay forever.
I've been a tenant at a D Land Group property for nearly 8 years now & I feel safe & comfortable where I live. Anytime I've needed to communicate with someone at their office, Bonnie has been friendly & easy to talk to, & she gets me connected to who I need to speak to. D Land Group's resident portal makes it very easy to pay rent, & submit maintenance requests. Any maintenance request I've submitted has been responded to in a timely fashion, & there's been no issues with getting those requests completed. Special shout out to Vice President Anthony. He has been very friendly & kind to me, & has always made it easy to communicate with him.
At a time where the market for housing has greatly inflated, count on D Land group to offer modernized listings at reasonable cost. I will rent from them the remainder of my life in Michigan.
