“Contacted force mechanical for furnace repair. It was cold, March, Michigan weather and I am elderly as is my wife and needed quick repair. They were busy but put me first on their list for the next morning. Had immediate contact from a very polite and respectful office employee. Received a text message first thing the next morning (8am) as promised. Repairman Dylan was their in 20 minutes and had our furnace up and running in less than a half hour. Repairman was excellent and careful not to track mud from outdoors, understanding and professional. Made me feel like a valuable customer. Would definitely use them again. “Our water heater pilot light went out and Bill was recommended to us. When he got to us he went and checked everything out and tried to dry out parts of the pilot that had gotten wet after our basement flooded a little. He tried multiple times to get it dried out enough to stay lit, but to no avail. He then advised us about the heater and things to try and other options.
