After shopping around for carpet and flooring I reached out to this company. After meeting with Joe I could tell he was more experienced than any other person I met with. I was shocked at his pricing compared to the other quotes but he was referred by my painter and realtor.

I can assure you after the work was done I have zero regrets. He was very professional and the work was some of the best I had seen. He was also telling me about some new flooring that he can do that he can do on concrete to make designs in your floor for a very high end look. I will be looking into this for some of the plastic surgeons I work closely with to make their office stand out.

We just finished an entire home remodel with Franklin Flooring and we're very pleased with their work. They were here everyday when they said they'd be, supplied all the materials as discussed, cleaned up each day, paid attention to all the little details and made the tight time crunch we needed for an appraisal we already had scheduled.Joe is very knowledgeable, has great suggestions and worked around us on the days we were home while they worked. They did everything from drywall repair, paint, carpet, tile, hardwood floor repair, replaced interior door, trim and baseboards. After a horrible experience with a different contractor Franklin Flooring came in and was able to assess the issue with our bathroom floor. He removed the entire floor, which was quite labor intensive, fixed the subfloor and installed the new tile. He did all this in just a few afternoons and was very communicative during the whole process. Our bathroom floor is absolutely beautiful now. We are so grateful! I highly recommend Franklin Flooring.
