We are very happy with the job RAO Roofing did installing a new roof and gutters on our home. We live in an old farmhouse and RAO Roofing went the extra mile to insure the job was done right. We could of paid less to have someone else reroof our house but we didn't think they could match the quality we got from RAO Roofing. Ron kept us well informed as they progressed on the roof. His crew made sure our windows and the deck were protected while working and that the worksite was cleaned up at the end of the day. RAO Roofing takes pride in what they do. We would highly recommend them for anyone that is thinking about a roof replacement and/or gutters on their house.

Needed a lot of repairs on my house. Roof, siding that fell off, kitchen ceiling had wide crack, trim coming off of ceiling, foundation repair and backroom water damage, back door repair. Lincoln explained what he recommended and kept me informed about what they were doing. Lincoln, Connor, Norris did a wonderful job with roof repairs no more leaks or ice build up. Connor went into crawl space (with spiders and webs) and checked and repaired my foundation. Max did a super job of fixing my cracked kitchen ceiling and cleaning and remudding my backroom now it looks clean and fresh. They replaced all exhaust pipes and resealed roof. Cleaned up and hauled away all the old material. A nice group of guys very friendly and polite. I plan on having them come back and do bathroom ceiling repairs. Highly recommend this company they will do their best to keep cost down and also get job done right.

Chuck is an extremely knowledgeable and polite contractor. He shows up when he says he will. He gave me 36-hour notice that my roof was scheduled for Thursday and Friday. The crew arrived at 8:00 a.m. and literally within minutes were up on the roof removing the old shingles, etc. A few minutes later Chuck checked in with me and told me of 2 areas of concern--which by then were in the process of being fixed. By 10:00 the new shingles were delivered, and the crew was finishing up the tear-down and prep work. I am beyond impressed. The pricing is very reasonable but just as important is the respect shown towards the property as the crew worked. I have a few more things I would like to have done on my house, and I will definitely be hiring him and his crew again.
Cheryl is amazing! I live in Colorado, but my family lives near Newaygo; so I only get my hair cut when I am visiting. She has the best service, gives the best hair cuts, and has great prices!

They were helpful with working with me in keeping the the building of a garage and replacing of our homes roof with in my budget. They presented me with estimate for the projects. Wolff builders had delivered the all materials needed for the job before charging me. When the work is completed that is when I will be billed for the labor. When situation arises they kept me aware and gave me options to take care of it. I would recommend this company to all who needs a garage built or roof repaired.

We needed boarding for a night while on a camping trip. This place was perfect. The owner is so nice and welcoming. We received a full tour upon arrival and she was so accomodating. The place is very clean and our pup seemed to have a good time. Thank you!
This past week June 2024 I had Midwest Steel Carports Wrecked the Second building that I purchased from them.
I was a very satisfied with the 25 x 50’ building with five large garage doors that they built for me in 2020
I am equally satisfied with the 30 foot wide 20 foot deep open wall carport that they install this past week.
Highlights of the company include the fine price. I got on a Thanksgiving day holiday discount special, excellent service from the female job coordinator named Andy and superb installation from the hard-working crew led by Eleno from AAA Installation company
The crew worked very hard and very efficiently and did everything that I asked them to do.
They were a pleasure to work with and put up a high-quality structure.
The first steel building I put up with them I did my own permitting, which seemed to go smoothly
The salesman for my second building said that the company would take care of the permitting free of charge so I let them handle it l. This was the weakest link of the company as the information about what needed to be done by who by when what’s not communicated well and steps that were needed to be done we’re not communicated by the permit coordinator
However, I did do some of the steps myself when I found out that they needed to be done ASAP and worked with the coordinator to get the permitting completed in time for the job
No mention was made by the permit coordinator about the need for a soil erosion permit or waiver or for the need to call Utility line marking people Miss Dig
Overall, I was pleased with the final product and would work with the company again.
The office staff, including Alejandro were generally very responsible and responsive

Called for propane leak, tech was there by end of day. Had the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. Sawyer was efficient and helpful. Would highly recommend to others
