We purchased our 1st furnace from Mark of the Z 23 years ago. We recently had an issue, called them and they were prompt on returning our call and coming out to diagnois. Would highly recommend them. (We recommended them to a dental office and very happy with their work also!)".

Tried 3 local services, no calls to follow up. The tech,...Chuck was over the next day,right on time. He throughly checked the 22 year old furnace and found damaged 1st stage heat exchanger. Decided to replace the unit, do to age and to get better efficiency . Turned there was second stage damage, which was clearly apparent. A potentially deathly situation!Excellent service, and price. Thanks, Z!

Excellent to work with and quick! Our very old furnace failed on a cold night and they were able to get us scheduled for a replacement install the day after diagnostics. Techs are professional and knowledgeable. Fair pricing too. I definitely recommend this company!Services: Heating system installation
