There was a lot of talk at first about getting it in for initial inspection as soon as the snow was gone. Inspection didn't start until April 30th. I really wish I could have kept it in storage until they were actually ready to start the project. I wouldn't bring a trailer with a water leak here again due to the vague timelines provided and I'm not certain more water damage didn't take place while we waited.

Amazing service, friendly. Chris Taylor was fantastic to work with. We had a RV tire blowout with some surrounding damage while traveling. They were able to help us out on an emergency basis and get us safely back on the road same day. He even helped with the photos and data I would need for the insurance claim. Five stars!

Whoever does there diagnosing must be clueless. Took it in to get some stuff fixed spent nearly a grand. picked it up went camping and nothing was fixed even though they claim they checked their work. would never spend a penny there again there full of BS excuses for there incompetence

Had a brake issue on our 5th wheel trailer. We're from Alaska and living full time in our RV and Skip was able to squeeze us in on short notice. Even though the shop was full, Skip and his team were able to fix the brakes and get us back on the road the same day. There customer service was top notch and I would recommend West Michigan RV Service to anyone.

Skip, Cindy and their team run a great business. I've utilized their services for everything from RV storage, de/winterization, transport to repair. These guys always go above and beyond. They offer fair pricing and are so helpful, explaining things and taking the extra step to ensure that you are happy with their work. Honestly, I can't even list all of the little things this business has done to accommodate me (from backing up my trailer into its spot for me whenever I dropped it off when I was newbie) to remediating a small patch of mold that they found on inspection without charging extra. Everyone who works in this business is kind and exceeded my expectations for service. They really care!

Skip and crew are Dometic certified technicians. My CFF45 Dometic chest refrigerator was identified to be a defective model after Skip's diagnostics. I got less than five years use. Not satisfactory. Not recommended.
Skip helped me find and install a new unit. Professional. Thourough. I highly recommend this RV Service.
