The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. We just had an air conditioner installed in our home. The team was punctual and efficient. They were also very kind to our dogs!!!
There was a loud grinding sound, then a shuddering thunk: our old faithful furnace finally had had enough after more than 2 decades. I called a highly recommended local company - alas! They had sold their business! But then: hooray! Sold to Vredevoogd! I checked the reviews - and they lived up to those many 5-stars! Lee was knowledgeable, easy with my questions, responsive to our needs, zero-sketchy salesman vibes … solid, helpful, positive customer-centered service. Our new furnace was installed by Trent and Griffin who went the extra mile, and couldn’t have been more professional: timely, communicative, respectful. New HVAC system installed today. The three young men who did the work were punctual & very professional. They did a great job installing all the equipment without making a mess of the house. Very happy customer.
