I had a great experience at this Ulta everyone was super nice! I had gotten hair tinsel put in a week ago and unfortunately some of it fell out but I called and they immediately took care of it was able to get me in that day and redid all the strands that were having issues I have no complaints definitely I'm planning on coming back before school starts to get more tinsel in for the school year! My stylist was Ana and she did great!
