Wonderful service, staff were knowledgeable, friendly and made the visit easy and comfortable.Special shout out to Wax Specialist [KYLIE] and Manager / Receptionist [SAM] who are fantastic. I recommend this place without reservation and only wish they also had a European Wax in Grand Haven / Holland.
Araceli has been doing my underarms and Brazilian for a couple months now and I just recently bought another wac pass for another year with her. She’s awesome, makes great conversation, does a great job, and makes me feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend her!
Kylie and Sam were great. They both were very theral with their knowledge on the Brazilian wax and my thin eyebrows. They both made me feel very welcome and we're fast and professional. Already have an appointment set up to go again.
