Brian did a great job. My husband asked a question about seeding in areas of our yard. Brian wasn’t sure of the answer, he called a lawn expert at TruGreen, came back and gave my husband the answer. We appreciated his service.

They always tryna ask you for more service and if you not agree, they still doing it and charge it on your bill payment, we called and they say all kind not tryna give you money back because they already done the service, we have been with them 1 year in half, the first year everything okay but this they tryna get more money from you keep upper charging without letting you know. Bad service

Plainfield township requires a license to sell door to door and also requires respecting of no solicitation signs. Had the same guy to my door twice, he ignored our signs and could not produce a license both times.

Try Green came today and put down grub control and weed prevention. My yard is starting to look better. Our service specialist was very helpful with things he noticed about our lawn. Keep up the good work Shawn N, and TruGreen. Thank you M. Brown

We live in the Big rapids area and I do believe our service comes out of the Grandville office. Several years ago we started with TruGreen at the suggestion of our neighbor as we struggled to keep our lawn in good order. The first season was rough we struggled with weeds burnt grass and it never looked quite like our neighbors. Our neighbor suggested we contact TruGreen and ask for Matt McNeil to service our yard as well as we had different lawn specialists. TruGreen granted this request and our lawn quickly transformed. Over the years of Matt servicing our lawn he would take time to educate me if I was home and what he did and why he was doing it if I had specific concerns he would ensure that they were taken care of. As the years passed those quick conversations about the yard turned into conversations about family work and many other things. Matt made it a point to stop and have a quick conversation if he knew I was home to tell me what he was doing why he was doing it and to ask about family. A few years ago Matt switched over to the commercial side and informed us that he would no longer be serving the residential aspect of TruGreen. We were devastated and have struggled with our lawn since. However I reached out to Matt he provided suggestions on things to request from TruGreen and we have since seen great improvement in our lawn. Every now and then I seen Matt out servicing commercial lots, I miss those conversations I miss the care and concern that he had for our lawn and our family. While he is missed as our lawn specialist and friend I know that the business community is is thriving in their lawn care because he is taking care of them. If you have a business in the Big rapids area and are in need of lawn care I would highly suggest with 10 stars that you ask for Matt McNeil to service your lawn as your lawn specialist with TruGreen.

I am very happy with my service with Truegreen. I wish you could give me an earlier advanced notice of the day of service. I checked both front & breezeway doors for the service report, but couldn't find any, so I am glad you attach it with the email. I also thought I would be assigned a technician, but see that I've had a different technician every time.

I would not even rate it a 1 if I didn't have to to get on this site. Terrible customer service, on phone for them for an hr ( between being shuffled and on hold) all for a quote. They work out of there home with kids and t.v.s in the background. Called back 3 different times, 3 different numbers and got the same person 2 times. Then without even setting up a time or discussing what I wanted they showed up at my house. In their personal car..They say they have no corporate number to file a complaint. Dont use them..This is a scam!!
