The Roof Dr.

Zach did a very professional inspection of my roof. Showed me pictures of problem areas. Gave me options as to short term repairs and also cost of roof replacement. Reading through roof replacement description I noticed that all roofing components were included in the estimate, which assured me there would not be any “ surprise costs” later. I will be contacting Roof Dr. very soon to set up time for roof repairs.

The Roof Dr. provided beyond expectation service. I had a leak that needed to be looked at. Mike took the time to check other areas of my attic while he was up there because I’ve had small leaks over the years and I was curious what he saw. He found daylight in a spot that had leaked before but previous roofers told me they “fixed it.” I’m more than pleased with the work and integrity of this business.

Called late afternoon to set appointment to look at damage. Got next morning appointment. Matt arrived on time looked at job and gave me fair estimate. My roof was repaired by end of that day. Great Job!

We’ve had a really great experience with this company. They’re always quick to respond and never make us feel like our concerns are a bother. If we call, they show up, check everything carefully, and do exactly what they say they’re going to do.
What we really appreciate is that they take the time to walk us through everything afterward, explaining what happened, and what we should expect next. That kind of communication is appreciated.
Matt is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He doesn’t push for extra work or try to sell you things you don’t need. It honestly feels like they just want to do a good job and keep good relationships with their customers. We trust them completely and feel very comfortable working with them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

It was discovered that some of the fascia was not wrapped and was rotting. I had fascia beams wrapped with aluminum and then the gutters that had had to be taken off were replaced. Several weeks later I had ice removal done. Zach was very helpful in explaining what would need to be done, and helping me understand my options. Daniel and Esteban did great work (as far as I can tell, not being a roof expert :D ). While these kinds of services are very expensive, I believe I was charged reasonably.

Connected with Zach through a mutual friend, within 2 hours of me reaching out to Zach, he had his team at my house cleaning off the roof with snow and ice! Great team and would recommend Roof Dr to anyone in West Mi!

The Roof Doctor is the only company I trust to correctly diagnose and repair a roofing issue.
When I have used other reputable companies for repairs they never really addressed the issue with leaks and subsequently I the leak would come
back or become worse. Roof Doctor correctly diagnosed the issue and corrected it without over selling on unnecessary repairs.
They are extremely honest and efficient.
I wouldn’t use any other company.
