I had absolutely no problem calling to see if they had any openings. I was told to come right in. There was no wait before I was helped. I wasn't pleased with the small selection of glasses frames for my insurance, but did find one pair that was acceptable. I only have about a week left before I pick them up and I'm positive that I'll be pleasantly surprised by the results of my vision. Unfortunately I can't remember the young lady's name that helped me but she was So Very Helpful and Friendly. I'd Definitely Recommend the Ivanrest,Grandville location (which is basically off to the Right of the Target parking lot).

These workers are very Proffescional love they service also they careing ,honest working people will keep coming back also close by good hours also .Had my first exam done here the other day the people they are amazing and very caring people will Defefiently reccomnd others go they too

After having a bad experience at SVS in Waterford. The Grand Rapids SVS took great care of fixing my prescription, going over all of the information on my eyes and glasses.So far my glasses are wonderful, like night and day.I hope the manager at Waterford (with thick black glasses) location gets retrained, it was a waste of time, she said bending the frame of glasses will fix not being able to see out of them. She was not listening and dismissed my issues.Thank You Grand Rapids location for picking up and correcting everything.Thanks again Blake Collins
