Kayla forgot to tell the nurses that we were waiting for them to come give vaccines. Spent 30 minutes in the exam room waiting with a couple month old baby. By time we realized they forgot about us, my husband went out to check what was the hold up, nurses told him Kayla never said anything about us being in there. When we left, we walked right by her.. if she simply forgot, I would have expected an apology in that moment.Made us wonder if shes against vaccinations. Very unprofessional. Also she put the diaper on my baby wrong.. it fell off before the appointment was complete. Save yourself the trouble and find a pediatrician who either has kids or common sense to not leave exhausted new parents in a tiny room with a newborn waiting for nothing.

The doctors here for the most part are great but good luck ever having them get you into your appointment on time. As a patient if I’m too late, I can be dropped as a patient but when the office continuously wastes my time every time I have an appointment and can’t get me in on my scheduled time, it’s acceptable? I’ll likely be leaving this practice due to extended wait times for patients.

My first impression was not a good one. I called because I’m trying to find a pediatrician for my son before he’s born. I explained this to the woman who answered the phone and she very rudely says “ok…..?? So how can I help you?” I hung up and called another office who very kindly explained the process and helped me with what I was trying to do. It’s not hard to be nice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wielhouwer’s for at least 15 years. He and all of his staff, PA’s, etc. are top notch! I don’t have any idea how another reviewer could have wrote that they were rude? Perhaps that person went to some other office and got confused when writing the review.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Was here a year ago and since I missed a couple apt due tocovid related issue they discharged me without even notifying me. Arrived to my apt nurse was rude and said she wouldn’t see me because I was discharged but I wasn’t when they checked the system but I left since I was treated unfairly and no one cared.

I have been a patient here at this office for well over 5yrs. I have moved from Jenison to Norton Shores & REFUSE to leave and will make that drive to continue to get the best treatment they have given my family and Is Not only are the doctors absolutely wonderful but the entire staff has been a complete blessing. They have always made our family feel comfortable, important & have been exceptional with explaining everything regarding any questions and/or concerns. Like I had mentioned, I REFUSE to go anywhere else & it is nice to see and have a physicians office put patients first priority & show they really care about their patients. Thank you.
