Lisa was incredible and gave phenomenal customer service! She was very kind, knowledgable, fun, and intentional with making sure I was getting any discount available. I had a wonderful appointment, for my 1st time there, from the time I was greeted at the door by Bri and then being well taken care of at the end by Lisa again. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Dr. Terbush she was very, very kind, caring, patient, and welcoming with any question or concern I had during my eye exam. Look, this is a busy office. You may have to wait a bit. But you will be greeted, have a pleasant place to sit a minute, and be treated cheerily by a super efficient, professional and even Fun staff.
This is the second time I have been there. For my yearly exam, the staff was very helpful and explained every. They have a very relaxed waiting area. The staff goes out of the way to help , and explained everything.
