It was my first visit since switching from a place I had been going to since I was a kid. I had such a wonderful experience. Everyone is so friendly & kind. Alana explained everything in such detail and was very thorough. Faten was extremely sweet and helped me pick some beautiful frames out and explained all of my insurance coverages to me. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy with everything and that meant a ton. I can be very indecisive lol. Can’t wait to continue my visits here!
Grace Potter is doing an amazing job running the office in Granville. We felt immediately welcomed and seen. Her staff does there job well and goes beyond in making sure you have what you need. Very helpful on picking out eye wear. Doctor Sherah was knowledgeable and made me and my husband feel so comfortable and even engaged with all my 3rds questions about all the tools she used. Very pleased with our visit and look forward to continuing service over the foreseeable future.
My experience at RX Optical today was very good. From my eye test with Dr Terbush, to the choosing and fitting of new frames and lenses with the lovely Lisa, who made the whole procedure easy and fun🙂
