My appointment was at the Grandville location. When I arrived the place was super busy. I was prepared for a long wait but it actually turned out to be a very short wait. Everything was well organized and efficient. Every person that I dealt with including Dr Leikert was knowledgeable and friendly. I was finished in a very reasonable time and happy with the results.

Dr. Veldkamp was fantastic with my three kiddos! Two of the three are neurodivergent and can require a little extra patience, which she delivered! My 10 year old who is autistic and nonverbal was doing great until they put in the eye drops to dilate his eyes. He was not so willing to follow instructions after that and wouldn't get off the floor. But no worries, Dr. Veldkamp got down on the floor with him and did his exam from there. The optical team is great too! They adjusted the kids' glasses to perfection. Highly recommend this office for the whole family!
