Everyone from Rx Comfort did an amazing job. Adam did a great job laying out pricing on a new system in our home and outlined and explained the options we had. The technicians Caiden and Mitch were polite and answered all my questions. They went above and beyond on the install. We had previously called a couple other competitors prior to calling Rx Comfort and glad we made the decision to go with Rx Comfort.
I called about a condensate pump problem. Adam was here an hour later. He cleaned it up and got it working. My furnace is 29 years old and I asked him about a new furnace. He showed me what they have and explained everything and the rebates. I was impressed with the price on the 97% efficiency. No pressure whatsoever. I signed the papers and 2 days later I had a new furnace. Caiden was here at 8:30 AM followed by Mitch. Adam showed up later to make sure things were going well. These guys know their business and did a lot of extras to make sure everything was up to code and did some extras that I wasn't aware of. They did more than I anticipated. We recently had an issue with our water heater and furnace. Adam was at our home within an hour of my call and took care of the issue. This shop offers old school service the way it used to be. The situation was diagnosed, corrected and we were back to normal in a short time.I’ve had service experiences with a few HVAC contractors in the area over the years. RX Comfort is at the top of the list after our recent call. Do not hesitate to call this shop. They are honest people and will take care of you.
