Quoted $500 for a job Service Professor quoted $1900 for. Service Professor was pushing me to a whole new Furnace/AC for over 10K when Koetje said I only needed a replacement part.THANK YOU Koetje for being honest.Services: A/C system repair

We had a fire in our basement. Through insurance claim, Koetje gave us a quote significantly lower than a popular competitor. They were professional and did an excellent installation. We have had no problems!

I don’t know where to start with Don and Billy at Koetje H&C. They came recommended from a friend, but I did not expect such great value and outstanding service, which I have found difficult to locate in this industry. They installed a new furnace for me 9 years ago and I updated to a WiFi thermostat very recently . That created an issue as I was bringing the house back to temp each morning. Billy was able to work me in to the schedule the same day and also was able to figure out the issues, which ended up being a manufacturer warranty item.
