I woke up to no heat in my house in the middle of winter. Within half an hour of calling RiteTemp Heating & Cooling, Cody was there to diagnose the issue. As a first time home owner (of only 4 months), I was interested in learning more about my furnace and Cody didn't mind walking me through what he was doing.It turned out to be a seized inducer motor, which RiteTemp had a replacement part in stock. Cody also went the extra mile to check the heat exchanger to make sure there were no cracks and investigated what filter would work (older furnace, filter style was "obsolete"). Absolutely amazing, we were told by another company that our air conditioner, and furnace needed to be replaced and were quoted 13,000. Dave came in and found the air conditioner just needed a repair and the furnace didn't need to be replaced at all just needed a good cleaning. Customer for life.
