I can't say enough good things about Kendra and her staff at Pfaff jewelers. Cleaning out a loved ones items is never an easy process. I have brought many pieces of jewelry to be looked at to see if they were of value or not. I have also had some pieces repaired and sold some gold and silver. I have received nothing but great service and have been completely satisfied in all that they have provided me. They do it all. Wonderful local jeweler.
The women at Pfaff are amazing. I wanted to remake a plain chevron band in my wedding set and add the stones from my mom’s 10 year anniversary band. It turned out absolutely stunning. I’m so pleased with it! I will continue to use Pfaff in the future and recommend them highly for custom work!
I stopped in September 28 to get a quote on rebuilding prongs and resizing my wedding ring. Several prongs had worn down, and I'd had the ring cut off two weeks earlier because I had difficulty removing it and didn't want to lose my diamond. I'd been advised to wait at least three weeks to allow the swelling in my knuckle to go down, but my son's wedding was coming up quickly, and I didn't want to be without it for that special occasion!The associate who waited on me was very concerned that we wouldn't get an accurate resizing because my knuckle was still swollen.
