Jamie was super helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure we were happy for our wedding bands. She didn’t want us to settle for something we were unhappy with! Great customer service and personality. Will definitely be back!
Today I stopped into Pfaff jewelers to have them look at a ring that I had made with my original wedding set. I had my original ring redone with my stones and I have just not been happy with it, it was just was not me. Jamie and Jacqueline spent quite a bit of time with me asking lots of questions seeing what it was I didn’t like about my ring and what they could do to help me rework my original wedding ring to something that I loved and at the end of the time they came up with a way to incorporate my original diamonds into a new wedding band and helps me pick an engagement band to go with it. Super nice staff and a very nice vibe in the store with community driven approach to selling jewelry. Nice, fair, and intelligent. I didn’t get her name but the blonde lady helped me and she was great.
