NHIC is absolutely wonderful place. It has got such a warm and inviting atmosphere to it and everyone that works there is just amazing. My name is Avery and I came to the open house and learned so much that I did not know. One thing that seriously stood out to me was the thermogram. I put all of my tickets into it, but if I do not win, I will be making an appointment no matter what to get one done. I spoke to Mo and Brittany when I was there about the thermogram and those two girls were so Knowledgeable about not only the process of it but about statistics and everything else that goes along with it. I was simply amazed by those two girls. They were so kind also and just so sweet. You definitely have got the most wonderful team of employees that I’ve ever seen in a place. You all just seem so nice and inviting and happy and I love that about this place. I am not a patient here, yet. I will be setting up an appointment though too very soon because the providers all seemed very intelligent and nice. Thank you for doing that open house that gave us an opportunity to come in and meet people or meet the staff and learn about things. Mo and Brittany have me sold and I will be getting a thermogram thank you you girls. Thank you. NHIC.

My experience with NHIC over the last few months has been incredible. I was referred here by a friend, and plan to do the same to all I know! I have been both impressed and relieved at the level Kristen Deam has tried to get to know me and take care of my Hashimoto's thyroiditis in as natural and holistic a manner as possible! So far, supplementation as opposed to synthetic hormones has been doing well (even during pregnancy!). Hashimoto's is funny in that it can flare at times and be unpredictable, but I am pleased with how management has been going before and now into my second trimester of pregnancy. The atmosphere is very professional, yet somehow simultaneously feels nothing like a typical medical facility in that it feels like being at home. Could not recommend the Natural Health Improvement Center enough. So grateful for the work they all do!

I love NHIC! I initially came here many years ago after a thyroidectomy because my endo wasn’t responsive to changing med dosages to alleviate hypo symptoms. What I love is how they take the time to listen and work with you. I’m a world of trad med 15 minute appointments, this is amazing.
The IV labs are also the best-it’s great to get a vitamin infusion when fighting off sickness, post travel and pre/post op. The ladies are caring, helpful and professional.
I can’t say enough good things about NHIC. They’ve helped me with improving my overall health and educating me on ways to do this without relying solely on pharmaceuticals.

I take care of my father a lot since he suffered from a stroke. He comes to natural health improvement center to get some great Hollistic health treatment. I was with him at his last appointment with Sarah Stephen’s. She is such a wonderful woman and so caring. She so actual genuine concern for my dad and spent a good deal of time with us. Now we cannot forget about the nurse we had tho. Her name is Moe and boy does my dad fancy her. She had a lovely smile on her face the whole time she was with us and she had such an up beat cheerful attitude. She was so incredibly kind to my dad and he just absolutely adored her so much to the point that he talks about his adorable sweetheart of a nurse to people when he tells them about the great care he received. She reminds him of a nurse that he had when he was in the hospital. He had to get blood drawn too and I know from experience that my dad’s a “hard stick”. He’s got terrible veins that like to hide. Not only that, he can be a bit of a big baby when it comes to getting blood drawn too he doesn’t like needles. Moe drew his blood and I gotta say that she did a phenomenal job. Not only did she get his vein with the first poke but she stood there and chit chatted with my dad about vacationing up north and it completely distracted him and took his mind off of the needle in his arm. Sarah Stephen’s and nurse Moe make a pretty incredible team together and they know how to treat patients with compassion. They both love their job and it shows. They are both exceptional at what they do. I recommend this practice to anyone out there that is seeking answers that they haven’t been able to get from anywhere else. I recommend this practice also to people who care about the service that they receive because the service my dad got while he was there was exceptionally wonderful

Coming here for IV Plaquex; removes plaque buildup in arteries as I refuse to take statins and do blood tests every month to see if it's damaging my liver. I am also doing chelation. Time will tell and with much research of Plaquex and Chelation the outcome appears positive. After treatments, I will do an update. **They really need to be open on Saturday, like from 8am to 3pm to accommodate those who work. As many people have jobs and the hours are the same as those who work. Come on Dr. Auburn, open up on Saturday!

I’m giving 3 stars because there have certainly been moments of helpful support during my time here. However, I’ve often felt that the root causes of my health concerns haven’t been fully prioritized. Instead, I was frequently offered quick-fix solutions aimed at improving lab markers rapidly, rather than long-term, sustainable approaches that align with my lifestyle and get to the root.
For example, as an active woman who exercises daily, I was advised to consume only 40 grams of carbohydrates per day to lower cholesterol levels rather than asking the question of why my body would be making more cholesterol to begin with, which is what I would want paying more for my care here. In reality, this level of restriction would likely place my body under further stress and deprive me of the energy needed to support my activity. It felt like the nutritional advice lacked depth and didn’t fully consider my physical demands or the broader context of my lab results. In addition, telling someone to eat that little of carbs without any support into do it or what that looks like doesn’t make sense if we are working to create more sustainable health.
While my primary practitioner was kind, I often felt that appointments were rushed and lacked the personal connection and thoroughness I would expect. It seemed as though the focus was more on efficiency than on truly understanding me as a patient.
After a few years of giving it an honest try, I’ve decided to move on and begin to seek care elsewhere. I value personalized, thoughtful attention to my health—especially when paying a premium—and unfortunately, that hasn’t been consistent in my experience here.
