They were very prompt including when they were on the way! Andy recommend and fixed my hot water heater rather than trying to sell me a new one! I will definitely call them if needed for any plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend them! Josh & Andy were terrific explaining exactly what they did!

I needed to add a secondary sump pump. I called the plumber that the builder used and left 2 messages, but no one called back. I called Kenowa, they answered right away and got me scheduled the same day. The tech that came out was on time, professional, and their price was very reasonable. He finished the job and I am very pleased. I will definitely be putting them on the top of my list since I have other properties that I manage and I am always looking for a reliable plumber.
