When I made the appointment for a hair cut I was a little put off with the unwelcoming annoyed attitude but figured it was the fact that there was an annoying customer right before me when they were getting ready to close. I went in the next day for my hair cut still a bit put off. The person who cut my hair was sweet. She was complaining about her scissors needing to be sharpened and appeared to have some struggling cutting my hair. When I left I was ok with my hair but not loving it, it didn't look like what i was hoping for, figured I needed to get used to the change. They are getting one star for at least having a nice personality! As far as the service goes, do not book online in the time slots they offer. I booked an accent foil and a haircut. They were only able to complete the accent foil not the haircut. It took the stylist over an hour to do 6 foils. 6 that is insane! Then she rushed the sitting process, took them out when they were still orange. Then said if I do the toner we can cut your hair. Only had enough time for one. She put the toner on in a rushing matter. Barely left the toner on for 10 minutes. Then she rinsed said she was done. To come over. While she was brushing my hair out. It was all soapy and white. I dislike this store so much. My grandmother took here for clothing and now I know why. Because the clothing here is for old people. The Sephora store takes up the whole store. There is lots of parking though.
