This was my first appointment with this practice tho I’ve had many years of personal experience as an ophthalmology patient outside of Michigan. The process from my initial phone call through the medical exam, and checkout, was efficient, effective, courteous, friendly and professional. My expectations were exceeded.
We had a pediatric eye exam for my 3 year old daughter and they made it so great! Dr. Veldkamp was absolutely awesome. She explained everything so well and gave us great degree of confidence as we move forward. The assistant we saw before the doctor was also incredible with my little one. I highly recommend them for pediatric eye care.
