I turned to Flooring by Design for new vinyl plank flooring and new carpet, essentially the entire ground floor of my home. I have nothing but good things to say! From my initial visit through my selection process to completion of the installation, they were wonderful to work with. Helpful, thorough and cooperative. I could tell they were genuinely interested and determined to make me a happy customer, and I am! I I would give them 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Flooring By Design. Christine gave me great advice for choosing a sturdy carpet for our basement steps. A couple of days later, the owner came out and did the measuring in less than 15 minutes. The installers removed our old carpet so we could do some painting before the new carpet came in and when they came back the following week, they were right on time, friendly and efficient and did a beautiful job! We love the look and the cost was very reasonable. This was our first experience with Floors By Design and I would give them my highest recommendation. We will definitely use them again!
