I had a problem with my sewing machine and later happened to be in the area of Family Sewing. Although I didn’t have my machine, I stopped in to inquire and told them what problem I was having. They knew immediately and it turned out to be a quick fix. Overall, the employees were very kind and knowledgeable!

I stopped into family sewing after doing a little bit of research and getting overwhelmed with all the sewing machine choices. I had also stopped in to other sewing machine stores. Heather at family sewing was extremely knowledgeable, showed me different options after asking me what I was looking for, spent the time to explain the differences between the machines, and most importantly for me - was not pushy one bit! I absolutely will be going back there to purchase my next sewing machine!

Took my Babylock Flourish because the embroidery unit wasn’t working. Larry did an amazing job of fixing and explaining most patiently the workings and maintenance. Highly recommend him! ?
